Shipping Policy
Processing Time: This tells you how long you can expect your order is processed before being sent for shipping.
Aaliyah K Beauty processing takes about 3-5 days, this gives us time to make sure you rorder is in the best shape and is package correctly. Processing time DOES NOT include weekends or hoildays.
Once your order has been shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be updated.
-Refund Policy-
Aaliyah K Beauty does not issue refunds, UNLESS we made an mistake with your order. A partial refund will be sent to you, shipping fees are not included in your refund.
EX: If you are missing a product that you have ordered, please notify us as soon as you found out. You will get a choice of receiving a partial refund or if you would like for me to mail you out the product that you are missing.
-Return & Exchange-
Due to sanitary reasons, exchanges and returns are not acceptable. This is because COVID-19 is still very much here, and people getting sick.
-Lost & Stolen-
Please understand that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, you will have to contact your local USPS.
-Incorrect Addresses-
If your order is returned to me, because of incorrect addresses. We will contact you with a choice of a refund or reship, please understand that you are responsible to pay for reshipment.
